We want you to love your locks, but if you are not completely satisfied with your Polar Haircare purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused hair products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
